Welcome to Daniel Douglas Stewart, the latest addition to my brother’s clan! This post is very belated, the little tyke was born last Thursday, 24th July. He’s a cute lil’ fella, sleeps a lot, makes gurgling noises, all that usual baby stuff. So that makes 3 kids my big brother now has to look after… I reckon if the poor fella thinks he has his hands full now, wait until they are teenagers |

Cute kid! I wish my brother would have kids already so I can be an uncle.
At least I get to hold all the new babies at work, everyone keeps coming in with their newborns, and I push to the front of the line to hold them. They are all so adorable, and tiny.

Your brother knows that he’ll have the support of (at least) two good uncles. Perhaps you should start to discourage him now, before he gets too enthusiastic and has more.
And while it’s great to be a father, being able to give them back to their parents has a lot of advantages!
